a gentle energetic clearing involving the intuitive channeling of Reiki to guide you to a more rooted and peaceful state of being
What to Expect During a Session:
Our Intuitive Healing Sessions start with a brief plática or heart-to-heart conversation to go over your intentions for the session. Once ready, you'll lie down comfortably on a massage table where the practitioner will guide you in meditation to settle you in. The session will continue with the practitioner gently placing their hands in various positions on or slightly above your body. These hand positions correspond to energy centers, or "chakras," along your body's energy pathways.
As the practitioner channels Reiki energy, you may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or relaxation. Some people experience emotional releases or insights during the session, while others simply feel deeply relaxed.
Throughout the session, the practitioner may intuitively adjust hand positions or focus on specific areas of concern based on your needs and feedback. We encourage you to communicate with the practitioner if you have any discomfort or preferences during the session.
To end your practice, the practitioner may include other healing techniques including intuitive readings, limpias (herbal cleanses), barridas (herbal sweeps), etc. based on your individualized needs. Sessions may also include the use of crystals, essential oils, herbs/plants, incense, candles and relaxing sound frequencies.
*Please note that we will always ask for consent before beginning the practice. Your safety, comfort and agency is a priority.
